Check out our first of four episodes of our 2024 Oyster Farm Tour mini-series to show you how oysters are grown after they leave our hatchery. To kick off, we visited 3 Hands Oyster Company, our next door neighbor farm located on Gwynn's Island on the Milford Haven.
It takes more than two hands to raise an oyster according to the motto of 3 Hands Oyster Company. The company strives to keep Kevin Wade’s vision alive, to strengthen their community by raising high quality, high volume American-made oysters, grown by local people in our local waters. Haven Golds are the result of their ongoing dedication and collaboration to delivering on this promise.
