Oyster Seed Holdings, Inc. presents The Hatchery Food Truck — proudly connecting people to today’s dynamic aquaculture industry.
Set on the waterfront of the Milford Haven, our one-of-a-kind oyster experience blends food-truck ordering, an outdoor picnic table dining area, and beer & wine with something you won’t find anywhere else: a working oyster seed facility. Taste a weekly rotating merroir from Virginia farms and see where the story begins — cradle to table.

The Hatchery food truck features an oyster-centric menu that rotates a selection of oysters from local farms in the region. Raw, roasted, or fried, we have an elevated menu curated by our lead chef, Doug DeForge.
We also have options for the non-seafood eaters, and beer and wine for purchase to pair with your meal.

Come enjoy the sunset, tasty food & cold drinks with us! We do not accept reservations. At this time we do not offer docking for boats but we hope to work towards this as a goal for the future!
